Best Days to Go to these Parks Question

I'm planning on going to SFWoA and Kennywood this year on two different visits. I would like to know what are good days to go to both of these parks? They can't be on a Friday, Satuday, or Sunday. I've tried Fridays at Cedar Point once and only got to ride Raptor, Mantis, and Magnum XL-200 once for the first time. I was kinda ticked off because of the crowds. Does anyone hve any tips on what days to go to SFWoA and Kennywood as to where I can ride the popular coasters more than once? Thanks.

P.S. I hope I just made sense to you guys. ;)

I've been to both parks many times, and Monday is the best day to go. Any weekday (except Friday) is good day to go to Kennywood; it's always empty on weekdays.
Even on busy days at Kennywood the crowds are not bad.I found the best time to go to the parks is in the spring when they first open and the kids are still in school or in the fall when they are ready to close and the kids went back to school.
I've only been to Kennywood three or four times, and each time it was a weekday (other than Friday) in the spring. There weren't large numbers of people there, but it seemed like it took at long time to get on the rides. (To me anything over a 20-minute wait is long.) Perhaps the wait was because most of Kennywood's rides are not the high-capacity rides that some other parks have. Was mine an unusual experience, or should I try again and hope for shorter lines? *** This post was edited by merle on 2/5/2001. ***
