Best alpine coaster in Pigeon Forge?

Apologies if this is against the rules, but we're 30 min out from an impromptu visit to Pigeon Forge.

Can you guys recommend the best of the multiple options for mountain coasters in the area?

Or, feel free to delete if against the rules.

I really enjoyed the Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster on our trip July of last year. My wife and son did not, although I'm a little jealous of their brakeless ride.

I recall the one at Goats On The Roof being one of my favorites.

Hi

I looked around quite a bit for the most recommended rides in the area before our trip last summer. Based on that and a some POVs we rode the Moonshine Mountain Coaster in Gatlinburg. Ton of fun!

I second the Moonshine Mountain Coaster and I've ridden most of them (I'm only 3.5 hours away). Another recommendation for MMC is to get the 2 ride pass online and ride once during the day and once after dark.

It looks inviting but I don’t recommend the one at Five Oaks on the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge border. I think the complex is Skyland Ranch and the ride is named Wild Stallion or something. It’s new and holds the claim as “area’s longest”. Which it may be, but the hill isn’t all that tall and there are two lifts resulting in short rides on each half.
I liked Smokey Mountain Alpine Coaster, but there have been so many more since I’ve tried them all. I hear the one at Anakeesta is a good one.
Here’s an article that claims to know the top 7.

It seems like anyone there with a patch of land and a hill is building one of these and all are popular.
I think Knoebels has the perfect spot for an up charge attraction.

Just to provide closure, since I know you were all in suspense, we rode Rocky Top and Ripley's Mountain Coaster.

Rocky Top was fun, and quite a long experience. They downside is it's a bunch of short rides broken up by lift hills.

Ripley's was very fast and thrilling if you never brake. (Why would you brake?) The downside is that it is pretty short. But your ticket is good for 2 rides, so there's that.

We're probably going back to PF/G again today (Friday.) We may do cheesy tourist stuff again, or we may go into GSMNP. Unfortunately, not doing DW this year.

Yes. Both of those things should be enjoyed, more than once.

One of my favorite features of those attractions and others in the area is the fake ticket booth with the little line of mannequins posed as if there are people waiting to buy tickets. Not too long of a line, mind you, just enough to make the place look busy from the road. Which it isn’t.
