Beginning of season coaster

I hear coasters feel different on the first day of the season. What do they feel like? What's differnet?

-----------------
Medusa rears it's ugly head. A monster coaster unlike the world has ever seen. Your strapped to a flying chair, 14 stories in the air! Just don't look down, you can turn to stone! Only at Six Flags Great Adventure! Buy one season ticket admission get one

they feel smooth....if you ride the coaster enough, you definetly feel it getting rougher every ride even the slightest bit you can feel because you're so used to riding it. That's the way it is with me anyways...

-----------------
Rollercoasters are my life, I think about them more than I think about....wait, thats all I think about :)

If a woodie has ben retracked or reworked it is often at its smoothest the first day of the season. Also every thing on the trains is just right for both wood and steel after their winter rebuild esp. all new wheels on steel coasters.

The down side is that they often are running a little slow. The weather is realatively cool and the trains haven't run a lot recently. Ofthe this improves a lot during the day.
