Beech Bend sees 14.5% boost in attendance

Beech Bend Amusement Park opened its new season Saturday with some new attractions in place this year as park president Dallas Jones looks to maintain Beech Bend's status as the largest tourist attraction in the county. The park had a 14.5% boost in attendance last year.

Sorry, but "Wild Bill Hiccup" made me chuckle. And I've only been there once, in '07, but the Rumbler has held a spot in my Top Ten Woodies ever since those 14 rides.

Im glad, Dallas and Charlotte are good well deserving people who've time after time took risk to both provide entertainment and enjoyment to the masses.
