Beating victim sues Six Flags and his attackers

Posted | Contributed by Chitown

A Marietta teenager beaten outside Six Flags Over Georgia two years ago, is suing the park and his attackers. Joshua Martin was brutally assaulted after he left the park on July 3, 2007, by a group of teenagers who worked as seasonal employees at Six Flags. His lawyer contends that the fight began on Six Flags property and security knew it, a claim the park disputes.

Does anyone else have an amazon advertisement featuring brass knuckles, knives and a taser at the top of this page or is it just me?

Not me.

I too have the ad at the top of the page. Surely this is a targeted ad for the topic of this thread.

Loving Maverick since 2007!

I have flags this time around. That was just weird. Brass knuckles are pretty cheap on amazon...seems cheap anyway I've never shopped for them before so I can't be sure.

I have ads for flashlights... and just like that I realized that I'm not in the club any more. Wonder when that happened?

Hi

I have ads for Charmland.

Calvin: "If your numbers go up, it means you're having more fun."

I have ads for ad-free CoasterBuzz.

No brass knuckles for me, just 2 different butterfly knives, a firearm and a taser.

Hey, let's ride (random Intamin coaster). What? It's broken down? I totally didn't expect that.

And I have adds from a security company for metal detectors and bag checks...

Do you see ads for movie, play and orchestra tickets? Or are the ads just limited to security theater? :)

I keep seeing ads for these.

2 Taser, 1 switchblade, 1 folding knife that looks like a gun.

... and an ad for cheap plane tickets to whatever coaster is scheduled to open next. (Sorry, I had to.)

EDIT: As soon as I posted this and it refreshed to add my post, I'm back to coaster themed video games.

I'm glad this didn't happen here in California, the lawsuit capital of the planet, because he would win FOR SURE, and get a much bigger payout. It's out of control.

In college my ridiculous friend broke his ankle while shoplifting from a Mervyn's (RIP Mervyn's) and being chased by security in the parking lot. He sued... and won. Ridiculous.
