Mark your calendar... June 26 is BeastBuzz at Paramount's Kings Island, and it will be the official 25th anniversary celebration for The Beast!

As soon as I get the picnic contract I'll post the registration flyer.

Hmmmm....I do need that Delirium and Drop Zone credit, too. I must look into this.

I have gone to both of the PKI events that CoasterBuzz has held. I can tell you that they have been the BEST events I have ever been too. Well, I'll say that they are tied with SRM.

Last year was the best though, with the "Behind The Scenes" tour. Jeff S. is truly one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. It always felt like he went out of his way to make our group feel like we were something special. I know they treat all of their guests like this, but it was just nice to actually feel good about being an enthusiast.

Jeff - does everyone coming have to be a CBuzz member? My Dad became the semi-enthusiast that he is (and I have him to thank for my habit) because of the Beast the way it operated in its opening years. If you guys truely have runs with no trims on, him and his best friend in Indy would probably crap their pants to have the chance to do that again. Should I encourage them to slide $20 your way so as to participate or can I bring guests?

You don't need to be a club member to attend, but non-members pay a couple bucks more than member do. I forget what the prices were last year but they should be about the same within a dollar or two.

Please Coaster God... grant us Flyer ERT... please O please. I promise I'll be a good boy and never snap again if I could only have that one night of nirvana.

Well I plan on attending this year since it follows Coaster Con Why Not! I'm going to send my membership dues in tomarrow! Whoo! I can't wait to see you all there! O BTW I also plan on bringing a guest! Wow I can't wait this sounds like fun! YAY! lol

O btw is anyone else attending Coaster Con and then BeastBuzz? *** Edited 1/20/2004 11:09:47 PM UTC by Wildfire01***

THE SCARIEST PART OF THE RIDE IS THE LIFT HILL!
Jeff, you are my hero. This is the day after coastercon ends! I'll be there!!! Do you think if I signed up for a Cbuzz membership in about a week, I would be all set by June? I do want to become a member, now more than ever. What a week that will be! Cedar point, six flags WOA, Memphis kiddie park, and then a cbuzz day at PKI!!! You are my hero jeff!
Hmmm.....a tad enticing....well maybe more than just a tad, ok I am checking for flight prices.

I am due for a revisit to PKI, and oh the joy that encompasses my soul to associate with enthusiasts :)

Fate is the path of least resistance.

I was gonna make this year my first BeastBuzz, but I'm getting married at Cedar Point that day. Dang it.
BeastBuzz or Wedding... I'm not making that call...

No chance of that. ERT for a ride that holds a dozen or so people per cycle in a group of 70 to 100 people (or maybe even more this year) is not very "exclusive," you know?

Not positive of the ride line-up this year, but last year we did two laps on the Scooby shooter, three laps on Flight of Fear, three on Delirium and three on The Beast in a little over an hour. That, my friends, is good ERT.

Guess I can postpone my trip to Japan by a week? ;)

The Flying Turns makes all the right people wet - Gonch

how do we go about signing up? love to do this, meet some buzzers, ride some rides, it would be tight.
There is a very good chance I will be attending my first ever Coasterbuzz event with this future event. It sounds like a lot of fun and would be the perfect way to end the week of riding from the Coaster Con.

As for Flying Eagles ERT, I don't think the park would do it but two years ago LeSourdsville Lake did that for us on their model. There were 90 people at that event but it was clear there wasn't a lot of people interested in taking advantage of it as there were only around 20 people flying during ERT.

I have a hunch that pretty much everone at this Coasterbuzz event know how much fun those rides can be.

My plan was to slip something in everyones drink at lunch in hopes they wouldn't be able to make it that far.

I'll trade you some Flyer ERT for some Drop Zone ERT & food from Mandarin? I can only dream.
