Beams going up at BGW

if you havnt been to BGW in the past week steel beams have been rising at the old Wild Maus location. There is a sign with to wolves howling at the moon saying "Coming Spring 2005" " The other side is closer than you think". Well we should have a press relaease sometime soon. Does anyone have any ideas what this atration might be.

Nice. My prediction for them would have been a wooden coaster as that is the settlers area right? But now I dont have a guess.
DAMN i was there last sunday and somehow i missed that!

i was just thinking, what they need is a good woodie. then i thought, no, they need a launched coaster. then i opened up No Limits and started designing a launched woodie expressly for BGW.

ok, yeah, i have too much free time.

Steel beams as in....rebar? Stuff for a building? B&M beams? What? Got a pic? Anything?
Son of Big Bad Wolf maybe? ;)

But then again, what do I know?

Let's hope its a wood coaster. But I won't hold my breath.
Don't we already know that they're building a building? -- and a tiny one, at that?

"The Other Side"? "Closer"?

OMG, it's a concert hall featuring daily shows by Aerosmith and Nine Inch Nails!!1!12111uno

My blog You said, "I'm gonna run you down." I heard, "I'm an orangutan."
The moon... the other side? Pink Floyd ride themed to Dark Side of the Moon? I'd be more than fine with that!

OMG Rob...that's exactly what I was thinking! Now...can you guess what else I'm thinking? ;)

Heh. That's exactly what screamscape is trying to say (minus the Pink Floyd).

Look at the picture of the sign over there and tell me how the hell you get something themed to the dark side of the moon out of that?

I laughed out loud when I read this line:

"It’s obvious from the image and text that they are hinting at a Dark Side of the Moon theme for this next attraction."

I didn't get that from the image and tagline *at all*!

Who knows? I may be proven wrong (wouldn't be a first), but I'd stake a large sum of money that it has nothing to do with the Moon.

(Looking at the photo of the sign again...)

I still don't see how someone looks at that sign and pulls the moon out as the focal point. Anyone care to enlighten me to this leap in logic?

Don't think it's a woodie.

Anyone care to enlighten me to this leap in logic?

or in the subtleties of humor perhaps?

So subtle that it's undetectable?

Wow, that's talent!

Perhaps it was a tongue in cheek comment that flew right over my head...I suppose...maybe...kind of...

Nah, I'm still not seeing it :)

It's a leap all right, but I'm betting against the inclusion of logic. ;)

Maybe it's a werewolf-themed interactive dark ride?

Ozzy's "Bark at the Moon" perhaps....the Osbournes ARE a big seller...:)

If it's interactive, you get to shoot at all the members of the Osbourne clan, including the kid that didn't WANT to be part of the MTV show...myself, I'd like to take a shot at Kelly...;)

The 80's are hot now...maybe it's themed to Duran Duran's "Hungry Like The Wolf" ??
The beams are obviously for the building that we've known about for months.... a building that will not have a coaster in it.
