Bangladesh opens lavish theme park

A multi-million dollar theme park has opened on a 50-acre site near the Bangladeshi capital, Dhaka, offering roller coaster rides, bumper cars and water sports to the general public. The park and its attractions, such as Speed Way, Giant Splash and High Way Convoy, have been specially designed to cater to the country's growing urban middle class.

I'm guessing their roller coaster(s) are made by Pax. Just a wild guess...
Looking at their web site, this park is hardly lavish by US standards. A dozen or so flats, several of them juniors, a small log flume, a Zierer family coaster, and a few other attractions. More like some of the small parks that you find at the beach.

When they say it was estimated to cost $600m. Do they mean USD like:
