Bandit

Anyone know more about this togo coaster? Also, does anyone know a good place to find pictures of it?

Q/ Why did the coaster enthusiast cross the road?
A/ To destroy an SLC (with no victims riding)

It's a terrain based mega coaster. It is under 160 feet tall, and does not have drops over 200 feet, but acheives a total height difference of 265 feet thanks to the terrain. It has OTSRs even though there are no inversions. Last year they ran it backwards, but they were considering doing it longer since it was so popular.

Sounds like a very interesting coaster. Where is it located?

Stop the lawyers, not the rides!

I've seen several pics on non looping coasters in japan having OTSR. Probably something to do with strict regulations as usual...

Oh and this site has an onride vid of Bandit. http://www.asovini.com/screamer/e/index.html

It is a very different coaster with very sudden drops, if I remember it correctly. It has been some time since I rode it, but I recall the first drop being quite steep, or at least appearing to be. I remember a lot of air from the last car in the train. There is a link to video of it at http://www.asovini.com/screamer/e/index.html
The video doesn't work on my computer
