Well you'd have to actually go there to have a qualified opinion.

I haven't read any of the books, and the only part of the movie I saw was what they were playing in the child swap area of the ride. I still thought the whole place was amazing. My wife was a fan of the books and films... she enjoyed it on another level than I, but it did not diminish my awe of what they accomplished there.
Hi
Ha! Yeah, they were showing the first movie in the child swap area, and I was in awe to see how young they were. Emma Watson certainly wasn't selling Burberry back then.

I've never read a Potter book or seen a Potter movie, but I was still incredibly impressed with what Universal did with that area of the park. Sadly Forbidden Journey was down for both days of our visit, so I didn't spend as much time in the area as I otherwise might have.

No, don't tell me , moaning Myrtle?
It was shockingly awkward the first soft opening I went to. Most of the time you really can't hear her, though, because it's just too noisy in there.

I still have no idea what a Moaning Myrtle is, other than a good idea for a porn star name, but it's good to know that the sounds I heard were supposed to be inside my bathroom.

Moaning Myrtle is a ghost that inhabits Hogwarts, and can usually be found spying on people in the bathrooms. I forget her story (been a few years since I read a HP book), but she is definitely a creeper.
