How many parks have closed to sell the 'valuable' land, only to sit empty for years. I know AstroWorld's lot is still sitting empty....anything else?

I'll admit the proposal to turn the old aquarium building into a restaurant is neat. And it looks like the concept art for the pool shows the old Wildwater Kingdom wave pool as repurposed.

If and when any of this comes to fruition I would absolutely go check it out on a trip back home. As sad as the entire 15+ year saga of Geauga Lake has been, I would absolutely love the chance to go back and walk around the area again.

I think it would be great! And it would be awesome if they could put in a few rides, especially a nice wooden coaster along the lake, to pay tribute to the past.
