Audio on Roller Coasters

I am also interested when audio is used on a roller coaster, whether it be just in the station or on the ride. I would like to know what are some quotes that some rides have. For example on Intimidator 305 there is the line "Gentlemen start your engines"

tservo, I always thought that it was "We're losing control." I could be wrong. I love that part of the ride; it's introduces the best part, imho. I wonder if anyone else knows what ride you quoted there?

I'll admit that I don't know many of the other quotes you stated. A few are obvious.

Kings Dominion has gotten rid of two of the most irritating queue audio tracks, thankfully: the original videos for Hurler and Outer Limits: Flight of Fear. I hope Volcano's audio is next to go.

I personally liked Stormrunner's "Get ready! Here we GO!"

I thought this was about audio ON coasters, which I think more coasters should have. It wasn't working on California Screamin' when I rode it :(.

"Dispatch Transport" or Disaster Transport. I think it's, "I'm losing control..."In reference to the H.A.L wannabe, that was just a lightbulb!

So far, the only coaster with on-ride audio that actually enhanced the ride has been RnRC (which was awesome). Bizarro's (GAdv.) audio was actually a pretty big detriment.

IMO, the audio on California Screamin' helps the ride. I think it would be a little more boring that it already is without it.

The original recording was better though.

The original Lightning Racer station audio with the NASCAR announcers was MUCH better than the uncharismatic spiel it has now.

In general, I very much dislike audio "enhancements" to coasters, but it certainly works well for Disneyland's Space Mountain and California Screamin (when it works). The Bizarro audio is HORRIBLE on both coasters.

Didn't they lose the licensing for the first two? I don't see how they lost the Outer Limits licensing. The show should have been paying the park to plug their reruns.
