The A.V. Club talked to Rob Decker, senior vice president of planning and design for Cedar Fair Entertainment, owner of parks like Cedar Point, Knott’s Berry Farm, and Kings Dominion. A 17-year veteran of Cedar Fair, Decker has worked on a number of projects all across the company’s holdings, including Valravn, a record-breaking dive coaster that hit Cedar Point earlier this spring.

That's a good interview. I like how they talk innovation. We all know Cedar Fair knows how to market their record breaking rollercoasters year after year.
I like that he mentions the little league baseball complex. I am from Lewisberry Pa where the US little league 2015 Champs are and that's huge. I can see that as a good way to grow attendance.
I really like Rob Decker. He has always been generous with his time to me, and he's sincere in his love for the job and praise for his team. It's also telling that he was already there, before Ouimet took the helm, and the parks weren't half as beautiful as they are now. Amazing when you enable your people to do their jobs.
