Attention NW adrenaline junkies

No, unfortunately this is not a coaster announcement. However, Thrillville USA, near Salem, OR, is putting in a couple of extreme rides for 2002 and making an extreme section of their small park. Check it out at www.thrillvilleusa.homestead.com. (site doesn't work well in Netscape).

A Scad Dive and a Slingshot XL will join their Skycoaster and last year's Turbo Force in this section. Finally, this area will also feature a rock wall and Euro Bungy. I do not know if the last two items are currently there or part of the new package, but either way, it's a decent investment from a smaller operation.
Who knows what this park is planning in the years to come....

Nice to hear.  Perhaps a trip south is in order after all?  I can hit this park before the long drive to SFMM.

Check out my updated website!
I was born in Salem, but haven't returned to the area for 27 years.  A road trip is definitely in order.
Who knows, maybe this park will be the one that brings a wooden coaster back to Oregon.I can only hope.

Speaking of which, did you hear any additional info on Coaster for your park?
