Does anyone know the date Astroland (Coney Island) opens to the public and if the other coasters in Brooklyn open. Two years ago I remember it being March 22 I think. Thanks.

Usually the park opens for Palm Sunday, and Easter Sunday, then is closed for final preperations till it starts to operate on weekends only some time at the very end of May. Coney Island is never really very busy so they open when whatever little crowds start to show up (Late May).
Maybe if rumors are true and the Parachute opens this year the opening date might be sooner but only time can tell.
Wondering the same thing. Anyone have any new information?
