Article on Playland's Future

I found a little article with a neat video showing a little bit of Rye, Playland and its questionable future.

At first, I thought asking the public's opinion would be great, us teenagers would say that they need more thrilling attractions. But then I realized teenagers usually do not go to public hearings, its mostly parents and older people. Whatever happens, hopefully this great traditional park will maintain its history while continuing to add a major ride every so often.

Yea this was also on the news about a year ago. It is mainly to fix cracks in walls, and rebuild some buildings foundations, or something like that.

You know its too bad that their Wild Wind never opened. It would have been a great adiition to the park, but the g forces were to high. Read here for more.

On RCDB it also says that they're getting a spinning wild mouse. Can anyone confirm or give us some information?
