Arrow Cobra Rolls - CoasterBuzz

Is Drachen Fire the only Arrow Dynamics roller coaster that features a cobra roll. This has been boggling my mind for days.

I normally would search some sites, but I really don't feel like it right now.

It's the only one.

What is the reason, is it only because the had problems with Drachen Fire?

I mean, you see B&M and they are using the cobra roll every chance they get.

Drachen Fire's lack of success may have played into it, but, Arrow didn't built any other large scale loopers for 5 years. It's not that they couldn't now, but for Tennessee Tornado, for example, they built what the park wanted and what fit into the terrain.

Don't count anything out on the 4Ds just yet. If they can get all the bugs out of the prototype, they can probably get any element they want. In the future, we might be seeing sea serpants, corkscrews, batwings, loops, or even cobra rolls. Anything is possible.

Doesn't Arrow refer to the Cobra roll element on Drachen Fire as a batwing?

And yes, astrosgp, Arrow refers to the element B&M calls a cobra roll as a batwing.

Viper @ SFMM has a cobra roll (bowtie, batwing, boomerang)

Viper does not have a Cobra roll. This is a cobra roll...

Technically no Arrow coaster has a "Cobra Roll". Arrow call the element in question a "Batwing". Only B&M coasters have "Cobra Rolls".

Nitpicky, yes, but true.
