ARROW BANKRUPT!!

There was an article in the Ogden,Utah news paper and it said that the builders (Arrow dynamics) of the Olympic cauldron filed for chapter 11 BANKRUPTCY.  It says that the company spent to much on the new ride "X" at SFMM.

DO YOU GUYS LEARN NOTHING?!

Chapter 11 is NOT bankruptcy.  It is called Bankruptcy PROTECTION!  This being that they cannot go bankrupt.  They filed this while they reform the company.

If you see me running, try and keep up!

Chapter 11 pretects companies with debts.  The creditors can't seize the debtor's assets momentarily.  It does mean the company is not financially healthy.  It will give Arrow time to review its budgets and try to work out a plan to stay in business (usually restructuring).
Heh. Coaster131, some people think that if there is the word "bankrupt" in something, that it means they went bankrupt. Once in a while I still see people saying Vekoma went bankrupt. You just gotta let people say it wrong. It's futile to try to correct them, because for everyone you set straight, two more people learn the wrong information.

I'd call it old news as it was posted in the news section of this very site on December 11th 2001.
