Are there any parks near Purdue University?

I'm taking a trip to visit my brother in Indiana, and i'm planning on hitting the nearest park. I know its close to Indiana Beach, but how far is it from Holiday World and Michigan's Adventure? Can anyone help? Thanks. *** This post was edited by scanz on 6/17/2001. ***
How far is it from SFGAm?
It is less than an hour from Indiana Beach, Probably 4 hrs to Holiday world and about the same to MI, SFStL or about 3 hr to SFGAm.

Columbian Park is in Lafayette it's self. It is more of a kiddy park meets zoo meets central park thing. I would recommend Holiday World or Indiana Beach. But hey the Indi Zoo has a coaster!

I live in Indiana and I say go to Holiday World or Indiana Beach or if you can, try to make it to Kentucky Kingdom

My brother goes there too, and we live in NE Indiana. trust me, SFGAm and MA are way further than you'd want to go. It takes around 3 1/2 hours just to get to my house from there.

I'd say it would be a 4 1/2 - 5 hour drive to SFGAm and 5 - 5 1/2 hour drive to MA.

I'd definitely go for the parks in southern Indiana and possible SFKK.
