Just curious I know one amusement park development is near Houston called Earthquest Adventures..just wondering if their are any other projects under development in the U.S only.
^NJ recently announced "Xanadu" is getting a new name and a facelift.

Whatever became of the plans to build that theme park near Wheeling WV? You know, the one where they were going to lop off an entire mountain to build the park that looked exactly like the one that was going to be built in one of the mid-western states a few years before that.
That was the Cabela's park, right? Some outdoor outfitter, pretty sure Cabela's. And the main coaster, IIRC, was a M-S X-Coaster. I think that project got scrapped right as the economy started hitting the skids (not skid brakes).
Yeah well the only one I know of is Earthquest Adventures in Houston...but their is another planned theme park going on i hear in orlando called Orlando Thrill Park??? Has anyone heard about that one??

There's a discussion of that proposed park on the site somewhere, but I understand it's in limbo. I doubt it'll happen anytime soon.
The amusement park rises bold and stark..kids are huddled on the beach in a mist

I read somewhere that the Orlando area thrill park is pretty much dead.
My favorite MJ tune: "Billie Jean" which I have been listening to alot now. RIP MJ.

So, maybe that would be a good spot for the Euthanasia Coaster...

RGB, there was a recent article about the new park near Wheeling. I forget exactly what it said, but if I recall correctly, it said that the local government was saying that the project was dead, but the owner guy wasn't talking like it was.
