Duh. I never claimed people don't want to make money. I said making money isn't everyone's first priority.

Sarcasm? It's no secret that Gonch is known for wanting to charge for whatever he can in a park. It's also no secret that the majority of his arguments come down to the bottom (financial) line for a park. It would be quite rare to see Gonch support a creative solution to a problem unless it involved charging a fee to the guest.

For some reason, people think I'm "anti-money". But, that really isn't the case at all. I just feel doing things "because it's right" takes precedence over doing things "because I can make more money" from it. I believe strongly that if you use creativity/fairness to come up with a better product, you'll be plenty successful.

"Plenty successful" isn't as good as "successful as possible" when you're accountable to a third party.

I'd take offense to that except I can see no way to benefit from it monetarily.

You must be the lord that told the evangelist to raise millions of dollars or he would take the evangelist from this earth. My question with that scenerio is, wouldn't the evangelist want to go to heaven?

I dunno. Sometimes I think Gonch is more of a Jack in the Box person. By that, the Jack in the Box menu offers quite a variety of items for a large number of price points. Some folks here are more of an In-nOut burger type: Just a couple 'good' items at a single price point.

Me? I go to both. Depends on my mood. And I'd bet that, even though Gonch would probably rather own a Jack in the Box, he wouldn't pass up an In-n-Out burger.

Sorry for the West Coast fast food reference and sorry to Gonch for putting food, er...words in his mouth.

Anyway, y'all should be nice to the guy. He might inflame some of you, but damn he's got us all beat on RCT. ;)
