It was a very cool and informative seminar, made me long for the days of the private sector...'cept I don't know HOW people survive with only two weeks' vacation....;)

Tom Peters AND Will Koch...:)

Paula, you ready to retire yet...;)

Two weeks vacation? What-choo talkin' 'bout, Willis?

:) Paula (not *nearly* ready for retirement!)

I can't believe you asked that, Gator! Eveyone knows you have to tire before you can retire.

Sheesh! ;)

You wouldn't believe how many people tell me, "I want your job." It's rather disconcerting at times.

I remember when I started in this job back in November of '91. I thought it would be a fun thing to do for a few years, but then I'd probably get bored doing the same thing year after year.

HA!

As far as retiring...the lady in charge of our flowers is in her 90s. Don't know that I'll make it that long...but it sure sets the bar up high!

Paula....everyone who's done anything in sales wants to have a product or service they REALLY can *believe in*. Shouldn't surprise you too much that you HAVE a product that some of us...BELIEVE in. Excellence in customer service has become SO very rare these days, it's just like a breath of fresh air to step inside your gates...

Don't worry about ME too much, I don't think I could handle your Winters...;) As for ALL the other people who tell ya they want our job, it looks like they're providing you the necessary incentive to keep getting BETTER...:)

P.S....in NO way did I mean to suggest that Paula is old enough to retire...FAR from it. Considering the vibrant surroundings, with apparently *rejuvenating* properties, Paula, Will and "Pat the Matriarch" will still be there well into the NEXT century...:)

You still have Zoidberg.... You ALL have Zoidberg! (V) (;,,;) (V)
