Maybe I'll finally get to ride it.

Retrofitted Chiller Batman was the greatest shuttle I've ridden by a considerable margin...and Robin was none too shabby.
With the original OTSRs, it was one of the most violent headbangers you could find. I would even argue that Chiller benefitted more from the lapbar conversion than Flight of Fear did...
Does anyone know where it might end up? I didn't notice anything about that.

I don't recall ever seeing a buyer listed on any of IRG's pages. I would think a company would want to be able to announce it on their own timetable.

Really? I've never under stood your love for Chiller: B (sound like a bad 80's era rapper) as compared to the Mr. Freeze twins. I'll take the spike over 0-G roll every time.

I much preferred the Bat-side, but I'm unsure if I rode it with lapbars. Unfortunately, Robin was the one that was usually running, if anything...and that banged me around pretty badly.

Jeremy - I love Freeze(s), Snowy's Cones are without a doubt delicious. Going inside the tophat is unadulterated genius. The spike is pretty sweet, but nothing spectacular to me.
But the Chilla Twins had *the* 0-g rolls...absolutely terrifying with lapbars. So...IMO, the Batman side of Chiller basically had 2 of the finest elements in steel coasterdom, and wins big. The Boy Wonder side still squeaks out a narrow victory over the Freezes. Of course, SFoT's Freeze does happen to be in the greatest non-Disney park in the US, so..... ;)
All this reminiscing about those rolls nearly made me forget the unfortunate modifications at the end. If the ride was sold to someone with the intention of operating it (rather than scrapping), I wonder if the rolls would come back.

Never Has Gravity Been So Uplifting.
I really would like to find out if it will operate again and where. A woman I know LOVED that ride, and when I sent her the link, she said we HAVE to go! Road trip!!!
