I was looking @ the AOL sub page kind of thing because on the welcome menu it said Disney or Six Flags. I go to the site and its actually sponsered by Cedar point but doesnt mention it in anyway. But it has some pictures of rides and it shows Tornado the waterslide and it says ride it in Atlanta, LA, San Antonio, and Arlington, yet fails to mention SFNE, which is not only were the ride was first built but also WERE THE PICTURE is taken from. As you can see Thunderbolt in the backround, why isn't it credited?
#1 Canobie Lake Park Fan!!! M/M's top 10 coasters:
1. S:RoS @ SFNE 2. Boulder Dash 3. Montu 4. Yankee Cannonball 5. Kumba 6. Gwazi 7. Mind Eraser 8. Thunderbolt (SFNE) 9. Cyclone (SFNE) 10. B:DK
Probably because those parks are opening those slides this year. SFNE may have one, but it didn't open this year.
Happiness is like peeing your pants. Everyone can see it, but only you can feel the warmth. Trip pics are here: http://www.pbase.com/jhbd99.
Cedar Point's massive campaign is to the WORLD this year. They are pretty much the main sponsor of anything under "travel" on most sites. You'll also find them pushing under Netscapes main page on the "Great Theme Park Deals." This year they are really going all out with banners and commercials in A LOT of states, and all over the internet. I think they are doing an unbelievable job with the promotion of the park. As for the coaster I'm not sure.
