When I build my coasters I usually check the over all G load after the ride has passed it's first test run.Usually if the over all G load is anywhere near 5 G's then it usually ends up as an extreme or ultra extreme ride.
I do all the time. They are my shorter ones, usually steel coasters, sometimes steel corkscrew. They are generally short, 1750-2500 feet, with 1, 2, or maybe 3 inversions. If it has 3 inversions, it's probably 1 vertical loop and 2 corkscrews. ----------------- Hey, SFGAm management, can I buy a couple cages of Sky Whirl?
As long as you keep your laterals under control (below 3) you can generally get by with vertical g's up to 5.5 or so in the game.
