Anyone lucky enough to ride Screaming Squirrel yes

Oh Kings Island...how bout putting one of these up after Boomerang bay? I mean if were never getting a big coaster again, I think it's fair to get atleast a mouse, and this next generation one would be perfect IMO.

There needs to be a better word for weird...http://www.homestarrunner.com/sbemail54.html

Rolacostaking and Rentzy17, it sounds like a good Idea , but some people might find the long periods of Upside-downness a little too nauseating near the bottom. It might be too much blood to the Head.

I'd have to see how slow it runs to make sure though.

I'd like to thank the academy , and my mom , and my fans,and.....oh forget it , I hate you all.

The upside-down portions can still be shorter at the bottom and still have all the ends directly under the others. You don't need for them to go back quite so far.
Well , I don't know..... I guess you beat me.....(sob) :(

I'm still confused...hehe

How is the seating arrangement for this ride? Is it two rows of two with OTSR's or...

Looks insane...thats a long time upside down!

Wow! That is crazy. Does anyone know how fast this thing goes?
Lets not kid ourselves, This ride is made for smaller parks and carnival and fair circuts. i don't see many large park installations.

Chuck, who says you never know though, look at all the Invertigos

Well, I found this, answers alot of questions:

Now I want one nearby even more, sounds awesome!

Somehow, I picture this making an excellent dark ride attraction. Put two of them in a building facing in opposing directions for capacity and spend a boatload of the excess money saved from a traditional coaster installation into theming.

Now if PKI could take out the Action Theather, retheme the theater building into a themed queue, and stick two Squirrels in a building attached to the back of that? Heaven. (albeit ANOTHER dark ride for PKI though.... :( , then again, given Paramount's history with S&S, I doubt this'll happen anytime soon).....

As I was saying.... CP could take out the Disaster Transport, retheme the Transport building into a themed queue...... :)

Dead link Draco. . .

As Mitch always said, "Never wave to someone you don't know, because what if they don't have a hand?"

Draco's link worked for me
As I said on the other SS thread, this is not going to carnival or indepedent owners. It is a foundation ride and even if it could break into trailers the cost of transportation combined with needing a crane to set up those diagonal supports would exceed any revenue generated. Add in the fact that a carnival could get a Reverchon mouse for about half the price and it would be stupid to try and take this on the road as-is. The ride is priced and geared to small-to-medium parks and I think it will be a great addition to those markets.

Anone up for starting a collection to buy one of these?

I hope they kill that iron yuppie. Thinks he's so big. The great homer simspon

This thing should be called "The Migraine". Looks very painful and a major head rush. I would hate to get stuck on this thing.
Someone tell me how those brakes work....i've been wondering since last year...

Now that I've seen the video on Screamscape...it's bugging me. Are they fin or what?

For 2mil this could be a great great deal for a cheap No17 at both CP and SFMM...
At SFMM it could be made to duel Flashback - The Hairpin Dive coaster

:o)

I can almost see the Sreaming Squirrel to be as commonplace in parks as the Merry-Go-Round. It almost seems like it's more of a flat ride than a coaster. lol.

The compact design and rather affordable price should make it very attractive to both small and large parks. It's looks like a blast!
