Anyone know how to get a prof. theme park job??

I knew Dick Kinzel when he was the Asst. Food Services MGR. under Dan Keller. Yes, that Dan Keller.
Some Amusement companies are different, and every department is different, I do know of people who are full time and do get vacation time that they can use. They get two weeks of vacation, one of which can be used in the summer. They have also been there a while. The pay gets better as you move up, but you have to work for it. No one ever said amusement park employees were right in the head...

Don't believe anything you hear, and only half of what you see...

Well, you may have 'knew' him when he joined Cedar Point, but you still pay to get in, unlike us park people, who enjoy free admissions as a great perk.

"What do I know, I only work in an Amusement Park?"
"You are paying to get in. Period."

I worked for Cedar Point back in the early 70's,during the Roose-Legros era. It was a different place back then. I've been the business since then, pushing thirty years now.
