I rode Raging Bull before the 1999 season began. It was in early April. I know there is one other person out there that shared the experience with me.

Legendary I rode Row 1 seat 2 as my initial ride on the Bull. The second ride was had in the infamous Row 9 right side.

I got to ride Son of Beast on Media Day, first train of 'patrons' if you want to call it that. Got a nice SOB V.I.P. wooden pin to commemorate the moment. It was a nice crisp 45 degrees at 6am that morning. If you want to see a picture of it: http://w3.one.net/~pagoda/sobutton.gif *** This post was edited by Chris Rettig on 1/30/2001. ***
I was on the fourth or fifth train out to the public on both Batman and Villain on Opening night at SFO.
I was the very first person in line for Viper at SFGAm for the general public back on its opening day for the 1995 season. I chose seat 5.2, left side.

I also got to ride Raging Bull the first day people OTHER than Walter Bolliger could ride, April 18, 1999 (if I'm not mistaken). BMCOASTER, you were there too? LOL, don't remember, sorry. ;) I was in row 3, right hand side. That first ride I'll NEVER forget, what an experience!

I was on the second train on BKF, first row. But how in the heck did you get on both so early?

Well, the nearest I have gotten was on the first boat of Perilous Plunge, (not a coaster, but a cool ride none the less) opening day, front row. I know that they did plenty of testing (as usual) before it was open to the GP, so I was not "first." I ended up sitting next to another Coastebuzz member, Tim Santa Cruz and didn't even know it!

"X" marks the spot in 2001!
I didn't think this many people would have been first or so pretty cool.

Though, I wasn't on one of the first cycles with people, I was able to ride Millennium before the GP. It was the night before the Longerberger buyout. 8:10pm - Seat 9:2 right. Incredible!

I was on the very first train to ever carry passengers on S:ROS@SFA. One of the benefits of being a member of coaster Zombies!

Peace, Love, and Rollercoasters.........we need more of all three.
the closest i've ever gotten is on viper at sfgam. it was one of the first days the park was open in 1999 0r 2000 and i got the back seat, first ride of the day.

Ah, Roller Coasters.
An hour wait for a two minute ride.

Rock on.
i was on the 3rd train of SOB the first day it was open to the GP. of course i had to wait the 9am til noon for them to even run the first train of the day, but well worth it.

SRM VII: May 11.....be there, or be ... well, not there.
i was on the first train of people to ride the comet at the great escape when it opened up in 94.
Oh yeah, well everyone listen to this:

Opening day of last SFGAm season, I was the very FIRST person to ride the

*drumroll*

HOMETOWN FUN MACHINE
at the time I said I wanted to be first to ride something this year, so I went on the fun machine with my friend. We were also the last people off when the park closed.

I was the first person on, last person off. =)
None yet, but I'm planning on being one of the first on the new SFGAm coasters.

Jack, who can't wait for Opening Day 2001...
My friend and I were two of the first four people to ride the Mad Mouse @ Valleyfair, opening day ('98)... nothing special, just thought I'd share.
I didn't get to ride any coasters before everyone else, but I rode these on the day they opened to the public: Jaguar!, Riddler's Revenge, Ghostrider, and Goliath.
spaking of VF's Mad Mouse I wonder why the lines seem to be longer on that coaster then any other ride in the park
