No, all the rides will be open. I went there last year (Can't make it this year :( ) and all the rides were open. (excluding water rides) Just about when it get's dark, they perform at the train stop in Hometown Square. It was really fun last year, and I wish I could go this year, but I have had plans for way back. All rides should be open, why would they have a concert at GA without any of the rides? That would make no sence.

how were the lines last year i am hoping there arent too many people there cant wait to get some rides in never been there till 11 before i hate that it alwase closes at 10 well hope to see some of you there

So I could just buy some tickets, go into the park, and ride the rides, without listening to the concert? Or do I have to listen to the concert before I can ride the coasters?

My gut instinct is that the lines shouldn't be long at all...only B96 listeners will be there (plus us Buzz-ers) and at $22 it's not a bad price.

After looking at the prices, I think I might buy some tickets. That would be so cool. I don't care about the music, I'd just go on the coasters!

DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE B96 LISTENERS!!!

B96 likely has the most wide appeal of any radio station in the Chicago Metropolitan Area. Black people, white people, spanish and asian ALL listen to B96. I went to their "SuperFest" concert a few years ago and there were WELL over 40,000 folks there. (with Brittney, Ricky, 98degrees, and N'Sync on the card what else did you expect?). Anyway, I'm not saying dont go, but just dont be suprised if there are a lot of (teen-aged) people there.

But with those atrists, they all have huge followings of their own. That crowd would have been there with or without B96's "push".

When I went last year, lines weren't that bad. You might have to wait for 20 minuites the most. But everything moves fast. You do not have to watch the concert if you don't want to; I did, that's when I was a Vitamin C fan :) Make sure you stay until closing. I rode American Eagle 5 times without getting off at the end of the day.

Well it's official now, me and my friends are going to be there! I can't wait, this will be sweet! First coasters in months!
