THESE ARE TRUE WORDS FROM THE MANAGER HIMSELF.
Thursday, May 22, 2003 7:01 AM
I am Team leader at six flags for the human resources department and I had a chat with the general manager. I ask him "so what are your plans for 2004" he says that we will
be getting an INTAMIN MEGACOASTER for 2004. The loading dock WILL be in between the batman stadium and the aquarium. He also says that he is not sure how the waiting line will be placed but the layout of the ride will travel somewhat over water and go near happy harbor and have a turnaround near Base Camp Zebra. We went for a walk near base camp zebra and he pointed out footers YES footers across from the zebra camp. they are greyish whitish and big. They are along the path near happy harbor. he also gave me the stats
208ft not 210ft
company: Intamin ag
layout will be similar to superman ride of steel in sfne they sre still deciding. They are currently looking at the layout of goliath at sfholland.
the lift hill will be directly in front of tiger Island he also states that they might move the tiger island near the great lakes pavilions.
he says that there will be a 4th world for sf worlds of adventure.
And the most surprising news is that he gave me three names and one of them will be the name of the ride. READY?!!
3. Wild boar sorry! not wild thing
That is all he gave me.
If you have any furthur questions just reply plese and I will get back to you as soon as possible and remember please keep the park clean.

Have you ridden a Toboggan?

Haw haw haw haw haw. First of all, if you really were in that position, I wouldn't bother going in to work today. I'm sure you're making the real manager's life a bit miserable, too. Second of all, the Wild Thing is the copyrighted name of a Morgan Hyper in a CF park. Thanks for playing, run along now.

And it's on the internet too, Vater! :)
Either this is a big steaming load of bunk, or someone is about to be a former team leader at SFWOA...
Tim Brown (Cleveland Plain Dealer) about TTD: "Think of it like sex: a lot of anticipation for an instant of whoopee. But man, with whoopee this intense, who cares how long you have to wait?"

I busted this guy down back when he started posting his rumors in the TTD thread. The same one where he said he saw it on coaster force. I guess in the past week, he has been hired at WoA and made a team leader...Wow...talk about rapid advancement!
Give me a break...

I was under the impression that if there was something for 2004, they would have already gotten the design finished by now.
And seriously.... you're bragging about the footers being "big and white" - tell us something we don't know.
And, as was already said.... if someone told you this info, I'd assume that you'd have been told not to tell anyone.... which probably means you'll be fired for this.

Stampede? That's a bunch of bull! ;)

Wild Boar?!?! Bwahahahahaha...RIIIIIIIIIIGHT! The sheer entertainment value of this thread keeps going up!

Sure you didn't mean 'bore'....kinda like what you do to us when posting the same tired 'news' repeatedly?

When there's an announcement, great. In the meantime, it's all rumor.
qweas, if you really were in the position you claim, you'd know better than to go posting it. Or, on the off chance the entire post is true, you're probably about to be canned.
