Anybody remember Dandelion park in Wisc.???

When i was a teenager many years ago i rememeber a park called Dandelion park in i believe Muskego Wisc.(outside milw.) and the park contained some flat rides and 2 coasters- a wooden and steel coaster. I remember that the steel coaster was called i believe Wild Mouse and someone was killed on the ride and the park closed down a couple of years later. Anybody else remember this park and anything else about it??
Humm.........it doesn't show up in the database unless you are spelling it wrong, which I doubt.

Dandelion Park had a large PTC carousel that was sold to the Perrons'of Portland ,OR. They own quite a number of antique carousels many of which have been restored and are now running in malls across the U.S. They also have set up the International Museum of Carousel Art in Hood River ,OR. This particular machine was at one time set up in a mall in Puente Hills,CA. For various reasons it was not successfull there, and has gone to a mall in upstate NY, within a few miles of it's original instalation.
There is no defunct park by that name, ever (according to RCDB.com) in the state of Wisconsin.

RCDB has only recently been adding the defunct parks.

Thanks for the very interesting links!!!!
I remember the park vaguely and why it closed but dont know much else about it so the links are very interesting.

I have a book which shows 2 pictures from Dandilion Park - Chuck Wlodarczyk's "Riverview Gone but not Forgotten" which was published in 1977. There is a picture of the Tailspin wooden coaster which I assume was demolished after the park closed.

I don't know much about the park, but I do know that it was replaced with some VERY high scale homes in the millions of dollars.
