SFoG has $15.00 off coupons at Wendy's. Does anyone know who around the Chicago area may have discount coupons to Six Flags? I've noticed that you can save $7.00 by purchasing tickets online but I am wondering if there are any better coupons that would be good on a Sunday.
thanks in advance.
Some parks tend to be less busy on Sunday than Monday (at least that's how Cedar Point has been) but that doesn't necessarily mean all parks are like that. It also varies depending on time of year etc...
I'm going to hit SFGAm for the first time and I'm debating Sunday vs Monday. It won't be Saturday. I did search here, but didn't find a lot of strong opinions either way. Whatdya think?
As far as which day is better, Sunday or Monday....if possible you should probably try to spend both days at the park. It is really hard to do everything at Great America in one day, especially now with the new waterpark.
Unfortunately, I will only have a limited time at SFGAm before my 8pm flight leaves at O'Hare. I plan to get to the park at 10am and ride until 4pm or so. I am not exactly sure how long it will take to get to the airport, plus I have to drop off my rental car.
As long as I get my Raging Bull & Viper rides I'll be satisfied.
:)

Just make sure you ride Bull in row 9 ;), and Viper gets the best air in 1:3 (first car row 3) and 5:3 (last car row 3)
i'm not sure what to put here..

If I was you, I would head to Vu first if it is running, then make your way around the park skipping viper & Raging Bull. You prob. can take in every other coaster (besides Wizzer) in 2-3 hours as the waterpark sucks up a lot or crowds... or at least that is the way it has been the times I have been there this season.
One last thing to note is that the Viper line can be very deceiving, if they let people pack the station, due to the size of the station; a station wait can be 30 minutes.
