They didnt change the layout just the trains.

I thought they changed the 90 degree hill to make it less airtime packed.

No that was a rumor. There is nothing wrong with the first hill. They modified the trains and that was it. Same layout - New Trains.

and less capacity, no?

~I rode my first coaster June 2001 and since then I have ridden 43 different coasters!

i don't think the capacity has changed at all. the trains still sit 8. they should have gone with 16, because the capacity is probably less than 500,

The capacity on that ride was horrible but I can't complain cause the air over the first hill was incredible. If they would've changed that (even though it was just a rumor) I might had to of hurt someone.
