Any new word on the Mississippi mega park?

There was so much buzz about the project for about a month there, and I haven't heard anything about it since. Has it moved forward at all? Did I read somewhere that the official announcement was supposed to come this year sometime, or am I thinking of something else?

The park was the fantasy of an imposter. Real park designers don't post advance notice of park plans on web bulletion boards.

I bet it was the park with the Intamin Floorless ;)

Are you talking about the Oz project? That died a couple months ago. I don't know where that park was going to be located, so don't bash me if it wasn't even planned to be near Mississippi.

What about that super mega park that was proposed for the state of Georgia? They mentioned that it would rival the Orlando parks. Any new news on that?

I did hear about a new proposed park that's suppose to open in 2003 near Omaha, Nebraska. I believe the name going around is Papa's park but, I heard it may have a different name. It's suppose to contain a wooden racer (GCI), a suspended coaster (most likely SLC clone) and a type of water coaster (setport?). I think the website is papaspark.com or something like that. It's suppose to contain somewhere around 80 acres or so. Is this the one you're thinking of?
