Any haunted theme park's?

Well Jeff, you just let out the great Cedar Point secret that the employees never figured out. They have 3 shifts of ride mechanics. Kids that young believe anything.
Magic Mountain is haunted by Kiss and the Phantom of the Park ;)

As Aroww Guy mentioned, PKI has numerous supposed ghosts. For the full stories of them, go to http://www.geocities.com/gmsmkrusa/index.htm and click the link, but you'll have to use your mental power to read which link...
Just curious, kennywood is my hometown park, and ive never heard any hauntings happening there. but if anyone else heard of any there, please let me know. Cause kennywood is a hundred years old, and ive never known of any haunting, but maybe someone else has.

British General Braddock died in the area below Kennywood, but I've never heard of him haunting the park. I'd buy that book about the ghosts of Pittsburgh and see if there is anything in there about Kennywood.
Yeah,Jeff. We were doing that prank in my era. During the the 1960's and early 1970's the seasonal employees weren't allowed in the park after closing. The only exception to this was the walkway between the marina gate and the Breakers gate. Of course some people strayed from this route in the search of "privacy".Frontiertown was a favorite spot, with lots of places to hide. The occasional security guard and graveyard maintenance were only authorized personnel to be in the park. Needless to say we taught a few kids a lesson or two while it lasted.
Yeah, I heard that story about Dorney Park's Carousel, too. Except I heard the whole thing is haunted and the old organ on it sometimes stops working and fixes by itself.

Gen. Braddock was ambushed where the Jack Rabbit is located. No death yet. Naturally, I was not there to confirm this, but I do believe he died on the National Road, now known as Route 40. His grave is there, clearly marked. He (grave) is only about 15 miles from Idlewild Park, ironically.
I live close to a small park in PA. I am sure some of you have heard of it. Its Williamsgrove Amusement Park In Mechanicsburg PA. Its a small family park with A small out and back woody called the Cyclone. Check it out. http://www.williamsgrovepark.com/cyclone.html
It was built in 1933. During the first operating season 2 maintainence men were checking over the ride for the start of the operating day. One of the guys rode in the front seat to just look over the track. On the far turn around it was thrown off the track and killing the man. He is believed to still look over the park. It is often been said that several years after during the same morning test runs(with no one in it.) The train flew off the track at the same spot. Anyone hear more to this legend?

In California PGA is known to be haunted by a Ghost of someone attached to the area where the Whizzer used to stand.

Luna Park, Sydney. 11 children and an adult were killed in 1979 on the Ghost Train in a tragic fire. The park was closed & reopened in '95, only to be closed again recently due to the noise from the then-new Arrow Big Dipper.

IMO, the park is cursed and I really do feel uncomfortable in it.

LOL! Sorry guys, I haven't got time to read all the posts. Anyone remember the accident when a worker got hit in the head by someone's leg on an B&M Inverted & was killed instantly?? I forgot what coaster & the details. I believe the person's leg was broken as a result. Is the park haunted by the ghost of the worker? Anyone?

At PGA a guest jumped several 12 ft. fences to retrieve his hat he had lost on Top Gun and was killed when the leg of a rider struck him in the head, could that be what you are talking about

I heard it was some guy retrieving his wife's hat. (The B&M inverted story)

You build it, I'll ride it...eventually
Thanks. That's what I was talking about. 12' fences?? The guy who got killed is a stupid moron. The fences aren't there for decoration! He should've told a park employee & they would've taken care of it. Had he done that, he would be alive today.

He's so stupid his ghost doesn't deserve to haunt PGA! Sorry about being slack, but that's the truth.

Yeah, I thought it was a gardener working in the Top Gun zone who got killed.

The Whizzer Ghost at PGA is supposedly the ghost of a teenage who jumped from the top of the helix. He is said to hang out around where the loading dock for the ride was (it was torn down in 97 to make room for the skycoaster). You see the Whizzer didnt used to have and restriants in it making it easy for any stupid person to stand up. Eventually they put car like seat belts on teh ride.........and then torn it down before i got to ride it..........punks.
I also heard about the B&M inverted story via some page on the net that lists coaster accidents over the years. Unfortunately I can't remember the address. I know he went in after a hat and had to clear a few fences to do it. The story said the guy couldn't speak or read English and thus didn't heed the warning signs. That last part sounds a little hard to believe (but that's what the page said), but even if it is the case he had to be very dumb to not realize what the purpose of a 12' fence could be.

The Whizzer at PGA is still in a way there, The footers and walkway on the lower section of the station all still are there, its tricky to get to but when on White Water Falls if you look out there you can see it, I used to take my lunches back there
