Any 95degree drops?

Are there any 95 degree drops on coasters.  I heard Cliffhanger in South Africa has one, any one have any pics?

No.  The steepest is 90*
I did remember seeing an old ad for a Chance ride that would have a 95 degree first drop.  Here's the link.  It doesn't have the pic anymore I think.

Anything beyond 90 degrees is beyond vertical, so would that count as an inversion as well as a drop?
RCMuzikGuy, and you thought I was stupid? LOL, you make me laugh.

I've never heard of that on any coasters. But I was thinking of what one would be like while i was designing some coasters on RCT. That would be so awesome, it would be past vertical and you would probably get a lot of airtime. Maybe in the future it'll happen but as for the present i've never heard of it on any coasters.

No, Gerstlauer has a 95 degree coaster, and Giovanolla's Tilt coaster goes past 90.

Why are you people giving this guy a hard time? He's just asking a simple question!

Anyway, I don't know of any 95 degree drops, BUT, I wouldn't be suprised to see one in the near future. Anymore, anything is possible.

Beat me to it Peabody.  Gerstlauer's up and coming coaster "Tsunami" will feature a 90 degree lift hill 82 ft. high, with a 95 degree first drop.  The rest of the ride is pretty compact and insane, featuring a loop, double corkscrew, double helix, another corkscrew, another helix, and I believe some other stuff, totaling 5 inversions (not sure if they count the first drop).  It should pull 4.5 g's.  Definetely shaping up to be one insane ride.  If you get Amusement Today, you definetely know about this coaster, and have been following it's lengthy naming contest.

Yeah, what's with some of you? He asked a simple question that definitely had some justification since Gerstlauer already has a model of it...now who looks stupid?

Sept. 11th 2001, Slayer released God Hates Us All. The song "Disciple" uncannily describes the events of that day, as well as the anthrax letters that followed.

When I asked about "B&M Exclusives" and gave some examples you said "isn't it funny how he asks a question then answers it himself." If I took it the wrong way then I apologize.

Of course flying Dutchmen raise the issue of just what 90 degrees is depending on wether you are face up or face down.

I wouldn't consider loops as past 90 since they are always pulling Gs, but Premiers with Top Hat Elements do have 90 degree vertical drops coming out of the Top Hat.  ie Batman: The Chiller at SFGAdv.

nope, none!
