Antique Joyland clown found in sex offender's house

He's been missing for nearly seven years, but Thursday morning Wichita Police announced Louie the Clown, from Joyland Amusement Park, had been found. Police found Louie in the home of Damian Mayes. Mayes wasn't there because he currently resides in prison for sex crimes against a child.
