Another "Disney" in Branson Story (but this one has some juice)

Land in Manhattan? I don't think that even Disney could afford enough land in Manhattan to build a theme park. Besides, there's no land in Manhattan, unless the city plans on selling Central Park... and I don't see that happening!

If there are renderings of a new Disney park floating around, it's probably for India or China- two countries that Disney is known to have an interest in for their next resort.

So is there a park going in or is this a hoax to drive up property values?

I don't always agree with that site but that article makes a lot of sense. Disney is a very secretive company and I doubt they would let any cat out of the bag that soon. Besides, I don't see any new American resort locations (and by resort, I mean theme park/hotels/etc.), just new ones in growing overseas markets like China and India.
