Well the crane is obviously there because cranes like to eat worms. Worms like to live in soil. Cranes can't get to the worms unless the soil is open for them to get to. So if there's open soil, that obviously means there's some type of construction going on in CP, which obviously is a B&M FLYER! Thanks for this info RideMan! :)
