Annoying On-Ride photos?

You would need to have generator just for the camera to shoot the shutter the speed needed to get a good picture at the bottom of MF's first drop.

The photo I dont like is magnum, I get so much airtime that I get my head chopped off.

I'll agree with cmiesen on SD2K's photo. On the turn before the lift hill? And it didn't even flash, so I had no idea where it was during my first three rides. On my fourth, I stuck my tongue out before the lift, and sure enough, on the picture is me sticking my tongue out.

I didn't even see one person buying a photo. Many people passed it right on by. Maybe, just maybe that will get them to change it. :)

Son of Beast's photo section is the most unimaginative placement for a photo I've seen. They could have put it at the entrance or exit of the loop! Those sections are very smooth.

Lewis, Peabody bought one. Look at his info page.. When I rode it in summer 2001, the photo spot was at the bottom of the lift hill. Is it really still there? What crap.........

PT300, my wife and I had the same situation on SD2K. It was the fourth trip or maybe even our 5th before we realized where the camera was. We must have looked pretty stupid posing on the lift hill the previous rides.

The worst one I have seen was on Shipwreck Rapids at Sea World. with just 1 camera for a circular boat, there is a 50-50 change you will be in it.

Back when i worked at the Adventuredome we had it on the Circus Carousel....ya I know!

It was annoying because there is so much glass on the ride that the flash bounces off it directly into your eyes. You dont really notice it in the daytime, but at 11 at night it gets old quick.

On the log jammer at kennywood. You go down a tiny hill and its right there, I think it should be on the big drop!
