Announcements your most looking forward to?

Cedar Point: Hopefully a new Intamin wood coaster. After looking at Nagashima Spaland's Intamin wood, I would be ecstatic.

Kings Island: TR:TR will be a disappointment. Everything I hear points to a Huss Giant Top Spin. I like theming, but spin-n-spews are not my cup of tea. Also, SFWoA is opening an animal habitat experience. Nothing thrilling there.

I'm in SC, and the only commercials I saw this past summer were for PC. My city is located smack dab on the interstate between SFoG and PC. I consider it as having 2 home parks :)

I'm looking forward to CP and SFoG

A B&M!

or... Take out the Vekoma bommerang and put up a déjà clone!

or... A vertical drop coaster! B&M, Vekoma, whatever.

or... A hypercoaster! (Any manufacturer)

or... Any coaster taller than 150 feet and faster than 100 km/h!

But sadly, no new coasters for PCW in 2002... :-(

I look forward to seeing what Knott's will get! The only major steel coasters they have are shuttle coasters.

guys, i know the guy that owns SFWoA, Jack Bateman. He is my friends dad, he said they are going to work on the wildlife side and fix other things around the park. Not getting a roller coaster was included. He said a hyper called "swamp thing" will land next year.

i would love to see cp get a sweet floorless like BKF or Kraken, or a cool CCI woodie.

Yes, alan i am hoping for the best for sfdl too. I wish that the least we'd get will be a drop tower of some sort...a new coaster would be awesome too!

i can't wait for SFA to say what the coaster will be. and to answer some people questions i know for a fact of what ever coaster they get it will be done by B@M

The SFWoA announcement is the one I am looking forward to the most, and the CP announcement also interests me.

I am looking forward to what SFGADV will do.

Will they take out viper?

Will they take out the parachute drop?

Will they put lap bars on the batman side?

KBF's and SFMM's! KBF because they need some good, long steel to match with the greatness of the Ghost with the most. SFMM's because they really need some modern flat rides. Not that I ride any of those spin'n'pukes (I get sick just thinking of the notion), but it'll reduce lines for RRv!

Mine goes to BGW and CP. CP is suppose to get a coaster, and BGW is suppose to as well. It is inevitable that one will, while the rumor at the park in BGW is the removal of DF and the addition of a second generation arrow, nothing else was said. Sorry :(

BGW, because of drachen fire, and if there going to get somting new.

BGT&IOA-i've heard one of them is getting a B&M hyper.

CP&KBF-who isn't

SFKK$SFStl-both close to home

HW-really close to home but i doubt they will get anything big, maybe a new water slide or somthing.

SFNE-stopping by next year and i'm really curious whats it going to be, a stand-up, floorless, sitdown, or i do i dare dream a flying.

Raging Bull, Don't Fight It, Ride It

Hey Y'all!

Definatly SFSTL! Even if we just get a few flat rides, I will be happy! But we really really need some sort of Drop Ride! There aren't very many parks that don't have one! I'm also hoping for lapbars on Mr. Freeze (Even though it is one of my fav steelies already). I also really hope SFEG and SFAW get something!! Especially SFEG! I mean, SFAW already has a bunch of attractions, but SFEG doesn't really have all that many. Thanks for reading!

i've heard of SFStl only getting flat rides but i thinkg they wil get some kind of hyper, ther due for it, all the originals have one now(except for SFAW).SFMM-G SFoT-Titian SFGAmerica-RB SFGAdventure-Nitro Even some of the newer parks have one

SFStL- although I don't expect it, since they just got The Boss last season. I would really like to see an Achrophobia-type ride that's MUCH taller. And also a Intamin hyper would be lovely as well.

SFKK-Let's face it, anything would be a marked improvement. I'd settle for no new rides and better trained, friendlier, faster employees and some major landscaping work. If they in fact are due a coaster, I'd put good money on a V2 clone, or a Deja Vu. We could probably use to rip up about half those rides in the back of the park that are for kids and create a kiddie section somewhere in the park just for kids. Then that would free up a lot of room for who knows what else.

SFEG- never been there but hey, they are in the same boat as SFKK. can you say "LAND-LOCKED"?

CP- whatever it is or isn't I'll still go back every year no matter what. :) Gotta' love the point.
