An SLC and a B&M Inverted in same park?

Does any one know if there is a park that has a Vekoma SLC and a B&M inverted?
do you consider an invertigo to be an SLC?
No, an Invertigo is an Invertigo. I don't think any exist to my knowledge.

I wound't think a park would want that. Why have a generic design over a B&M masterpiece.

Let the bears pay the Bear Tax, I pay the Homer Tax.

Because one is cheaper than the other.

Not by much. I've heard reports that an SLC runs $12 million these days. A small custom B&M inverted isn't much more than that...

Jeez! 12 million!, S&S is offering hypersonnic clones for 5 million, I wonder why they're so popular?

Wow! Is that true GregLeg?! Geez for $12 million they should build better coasters! Well I messed up!

There is such thing as a generic B&M. It came from SFGAm.

Yes I think there is. I forgot where but there is one park owned by a rich sultan in the mid east I believe that owns a nemesis clone, and slc, along with an intamin giant drop, just to name a few.

You can trust me on this one...that is false. Somebody actually talked to the REAL Bolliger and Mabillard and they did not build a nemesis clone in a sultan's backyard.
Frankster--good one.

Anyway, if you look at SFWoA, most days, Serial Thriller is every bit as busy as its MUCH better neighbor, Batman.
Does anyone know actual counts for Serial Thriller vs Batman, though? Batman has a higher capacity than Serial Thriller, so it could very well be a more popular ride without that being obvious from line length...

The Generic B&M is B:TR a good clone to have! I think SLC's now days are 10 million, I don't see how a Batman with no theming could cost more than 8?

Steel top 5
1.S:TE
2.Stelth
3.B:TR
4. Riddler's Revenge
5. Goliath
Batman is a floorless though. I am sure if they put a B&M and a Vekoma SLC next to eachother and let people ride them, they would likely go for re-rides on the B&M. Given you let them age since SLC's are awesome before they age.

You're right. A 1998 SLC was $10,000,000, while a 1997 Batman was $10,000,000. I doubt much of a difference betwen the 2 has arisen in 3 or 4 years. (Although I'm sure both are a little more now.) Heck, Talon was only $14,000,000...and if an SLC is around 12 now like someone said, I'd sure cough up a few extra bucks if I was a park owner!
B&M-TYCOON, your thinking of Batman: Knight Flight. The inverted Batman rides are called none other than Batman: The Ride. Just clearing that up for you.

I know that, I just rode it yesterday. Thanks though.

BTW: For the 11th. time this season, and counting.
