Amusement Today

I am thinking about subscribing to the magazine Amusement Today. Overall, do you think it is a good magazine to invest in? Is there another magazine you prefer over Amusement Today? What would you give Amusement Today on a scale from 1 - 10 (1 = lowest, 10 = highest)? Thanks a lot for any answers you have!
I have subscribed at one time or another to most of the Amusement magazines.  From a business perspective, I think Amusement Today is tops.

For general news about attractions, specifically coasters, you will find it quicker on the net and it doesn't cost you a dime.

AT is a very good magazine especially for industry insiders but also good for us enthusiasts. i prefer the ACE newsletter and Rollercoaster! over AT because ACE's magazines focus solely on coasters and have some excellent photos of coasters. I would give AT a 8, it is definitely worth a subscription, i got the october edition today and it is pretty cool , all about waterparks.
I don`t know about Amusment Today, but ACE`s publications are great, and ACE offers benefits as well.  Paramount`s Kings Island offers ACE members first rides on either The Beast or Son of Beast, every day the park opens at ten!

I have a subscription to Amusement Today, and it is a pretty good magazine. You usually get most of the same news here, but sometimes news from overseas doesn't make it on here. They also have more in-depth editorials.

I'd give it a 8-9 out of 10.

-------------
Mayday - Memorial Day Weekend - Nonpoint, Nickelback, Oleander, Staind
Ozzfest - June 8 - Drowning Pool, Papa Roach, Linkin Park, Disturbed, Black Sabbath
Awake Tour- June 15 - Darwin's Waiting Room, Puddle of Mudd, Deftones, Godsmack

I used to be an Ace member and get their magazine/newsletter but for a while there they had awful service.  Is it any better now?
Amusement Today: 8 out of 10.

It really depends what you are looking for in a publication. AT offers a more business minded viewpoint than say First Drop or Rollercoaster! magazines. It often has information not found in other sources (e.g. S&S Snow Shot opening in Florida) and is always delivered at the beginning of the month, right on time. All in all I think its worth the money.

Amusement Today is similar to and waaaay more reliable the old Inside Track but not as fun to read.It is much more business oriented.I recieve it and like it.
Most importantly it is waaaaay more reliable than the old Inside Track was
Knoebels has old issues of AT in one of the gift shops and I picked up an issue featuring S:ROS @ SFDL and Joker's Jinx, among others. In addition to the articles, there are plenty of advertisements from the various manufacturers. I would recommend it.
