Amusement Park Science Article On CNN.com.

Since there's no news on weekends, I thought I'd start this thread. Check out this article from CNN.com:

Rollercoaster Article From CNN.COM

It talks all about how modern rollercoasters are smoother & safer than ever, and how they rely on equipment such as "Fred" the dummy to record G-Forces among other factors as opposed to just hoping the rollercoaster would return back in the olden days.

Finally, another positive article on rollercoasters and their safety... getting national headlines!

I hope more of these articles pop up, and hopefully a few that prove that coasters do not cause brain damage, just to discourage Markey. It's great that CNN seems to be on our side for once for trying to prove coasters safe, instead of trying to prove them unsafe.

That's the same article that appeared months ago, originally from I think a Lorain paper, now on AP.

"As far as I can tell it doesn't matter who you are. If you can believe, there's something worth fighting for..." - Garbage, "Parade"

Well at least we are shutting down Markey's stupid accusations. For a while I started to think that maybe they are getting to rough, but then I realized the only ones that are rough are the ones nobody likes. People should just ride the Ferris Wheel if they think coasters are too "rough". The only things I find rough are Markey's stories.
