Amusement park questions

My wife and I live in southern Indiana. We would love to attend an amusement park, but don't want to drive 16hrs to get to one. Is there an amusement park within 5 hours of southern Indiana that is open yet?

Thanks!

here's a list of 5 currently open parks in Indiana.

Millennium Force......It has its ups and downs.

Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom opens on 03/30 from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. It will be the first park in your area to open for the season. PKI opens to the public on 04/05 for the weekends.

In order of my personal preference: Holiday World, Indiana Beach, Six Flags St Louis, King's Island, and Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom are the four parks w/in 4 hours of just about anywhere in Indiana.

We were hoping one would be open this weekend
I do not believe it is open this weekend, but living in Southern Indiana, you are in for a real treat. http://www.americanmidway.com/vacation/indiana.html There's the rough location of Indiana parks, and as you can see Holiday World is at the southern tip. Holiday World is a classic park that is a favorite among enthusiasts with the Raven and Legend, possibly the 2 greatest wooden coasters on the planet.
