Amusement Park on "3000 Miles from Graceland"...?

I just got done watching "3000 Miles from Graceland, which was a very cool movie, and towards the end, there is a chase/dual between cars that ended in an amusement park.

I about freaked when I saw coasters in the distance, and then they kept getting closer. I thought it was pretty cool to actually have a chase that went through part of an amusement park.

My first inclination of the park was SFMM, but the location wasn't right. There was a big woodie that was right along side the dueling cars, and a Viper-like corkscrew coaster. Does anyone know what park it was?

And my final question is whose psychotic decision was it to let a couple of cars loose in their amusement park and destroy some buildings in the park!? :)
