Amusement park in Indiana

Did anyone ever hear about the amusement park they were supposed to build here in Indiana? I go by there and it says something like future home of Garfield amusement park. The sign has been there for awhile and for some time they were building roller coatsres in there. Now the sign is there with partially built coasters but no one is ever there building. Anyone else heard about this?

I heard about this project but I can't remember what I heard or where I heard it, so I guess this was a pointless post by me. I'm just useless :)

I remember something about it and I was so excited but I think they went bankrupt. But it makes no sense because if they did then they would have sold the steel and got money for it somehow.

Was this the old indiana fun park that six flags stores its old rusty rides in?

Moss Pier is trying to open in 2006- it's going to be in central Indiana. But, I think Garfield is dead....

I am very excited about Moss Pier, even though I live in North Carolina, because I know how much time Michael and the team has put into this project and I am sure it will be great. As pezman said, the projected opening is 2006, and they are currently looking at a site in Marion County (near Indianapolis) on a river. I believe the front-running idea at the moment is for a nice little traditional, riverside park.
