Channel 12 news, a Cincinnati news station reported today that Americana proabably won`t open for 2001 as the owner has yet to file for permits that are needed for the park to be open. Does this mean the end of Americana? Or does the owner have some big plans?

Isn't the owner supposed to have an announcement tomorrow (wed 2/28)?
Does not look good, but, I hope I am wrong!

Save the Eagle!!!

Where did you hear that, Jimbo? I sure would like to know something for sure. Couch sure has left us in the lurch for the past 12 months. He hasn't said much of anything since he bought the park. It would be a shame for it to never come back to life.

Maybe we could talk PKI into buying the eagle.

I don't understand why he buys a park and just can't open it on time. I wonder if he had an adviser. The scary thing is, if it did open, could Couch really take proper care of it?
