American Eagle accident?

Ok, someone refresh me. 3-5 years ago, I distincivley remember hearing this on the news for quite some time. Apparently some kid lost his hand after keeping it out of the train. I heard this on 780 am (WBBM) on the radio, but have since not heard anything on it. Anyone know anything?

It actually happened on the Viper. I believe the kid was 14 years old. The train was coming into the station and the kid put his arm out over the side. When the train went into the station his hand got severed between the train and the station platform.

I remember that day. The year after that they put the "ATTENTION Please Keep All Hands And Arms Inside The Train Until It Has Stopped In The Station"signs in the trains. All because of that incident.
