Alton Towers says no to building bypass road

Residents have spent more than 20 years fighting for a bypass to bring an end to gridlock on roads around Alton Towers, which attracts more than two million visitors a year. The park said that it can't justify the £15 million cost.

Looks like its payback time for all of those rediclous restrictions. The city is going to need to give up something before Altons agrees to it.
